5 stars - AMAZING!!

Daemon will do anything to get Katy back.

After the successful but disastrous raid on Mount Weather, he’s facing the impossible. Katy is gone. Taken. Everything becomes about finding her. Taking out anyone who stands in his way? Done. Burning down the whole world to save her? Gladly. Exposing his alien race to the world? With pleasure.

All Katy can do is survive.

Surrounded by enemies, the only way she can come out of this is to adapt. After all, there are sides of Daedalus that don’t seem entirely crazy, but the group’s goals are frightening and the truths they speak even more disturbing. Who are the real bad guys? Daedalus? Mankind? Or the Luxen?

Together, they can face anything.

But the most dangerous foe has been there all along, and when the truths are exposed and the lies come crumbling down, which side will Daemon and Katy be standing on?

And will they even be together?

Review:

Ahhh! This book was brilliantly amazing! I think it was even better than the previous books in the series and that is what I love. Jennifer Armentrout knows how to please her readers and keep them begging for more. This book had everything! Steamy and romantic relationships, suspense, and a ton of action.

Origin picks up right where Opal left off and Damon is pretty angry. Meanwhile, Katy has been kidnapped by Daedalus and you would not believe what goes on there. I didn't think it was possible but Katy grows even more throughout this book. She becomes even stronger, in more ways than one. Daedalus' actions are definitely questionable and at times made me pretty angry. Damon has gone through so much as well and goes through a ton in this book. But I'm glad to say that the relationship between Katy and Damon grows strong as well. There are some heartwarming moments and some steamy ones as well. I am definitely in love with Damon after reading this book. Then there is Dawson and Beth! Some big things go on between them as well. Again, there are characters that are so annoying and evil and then there are the ones that are amazing.

We find out so many secrets in this book that are mind blowing, maybe even a little creepy. Origin is full of action and suspense and doesn't ever slow down. I did not want to put this book down and not once was I bored, there was just no way I could be. These characters go through so much and just when you think things will slow down, they don't! The ending is, yet again, another cliffhanger but I am not disappointed. A little scared, but excited at the same time for the next book. All I can say is that Origin was intriguing, entertaining and mind blowing! You won't want to put this one down!
